Every three years, New London Hospital Association (NLHA) conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to better understand the needs our community is most concerned about and the conditions impacting the health and well-being of our region’s residents. This year's survey ran February through April.
The CHNA helps inform hospital services and community health initiatives, and is also used by community organizations when planning services.
Your insight will help to guide the design of initiatives of New London Hospital and Newport Health Center for the next several years in the towns of Andover, Bradford, Croydon, Danbury, Goshen, Grantham, Lempster, New London, Newbury, Newport, Springfield, Sunapee, Sutton, Washington and Wilmot.
Beginning in July 2024, NLH Community Health will be working with community members to draft a CHIP which will drive the Community Health programming priorities of NLH over the coming years.
Thank you to all those that participated in the 2024 CHNA.
