About Your Health airs as part of Kearsarge Valley Magazine on the Yankee Cable Network in New London (Channel 10) and Warner (Channel 13), and on NCTV in Newport (Channel 10), and on Andover Cable (Channel 8).

Yankee Cable Network airs the newest episode of Kearsarge Valley Magazine premiering every Tuesday at 7 pm and then for the next 6 days the show is repeated at 10 am and 7 pm. NCTV begins airing the new episode on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 pm and the episode is shown the next day, Wednesday at 6 am, 10 am and 2 pm. Check your local listings for Andover Channel 8. About Your Health may also be seen on the UVEC Cable in Hanover Channel 10 on Wednesday at 8:00 pm.
